I love Ambleside (although slightly biased as my family own somewhere we can stay there!) but it's such a lovely town, and has some great walks nearby like Rydal, Grasmere, Stock Gyhll Force & Loughrigg Fell. Hawkshead is a lovely village too! There's just so many amazing places all over the Lakes 😊
