Yes, they develop the language. Compose, on the other hand, is developed by Google.
And regarding iOS, yes, it's still not so mature, but from what I've seen, the interoperability is better given KMP doesn't try to abstract the underlying OS, you call the native methods directly.

Google also supports Kotlin multiplatform, which is a direct competitor to Flutter. Dart is a much inferior language.

Your reasoning is sound from a very ideological view of the society. Unfortunately, reality is different and the simple fact US doesn't have public healthcare is already a huge violence against people.

People are not cheering for the murder. They are cheering for what the murdered person represents: wealth at the cost of other people's lives and health. That's what people want to end. People are not pro-violence, but unfortunately nothing else worked in the past decades.
