And of course the contested races were easy with Vogel the obvious choice for council and the three non-establishment picks for school board (Lynch, Keyes, Mason). Without kids, less of a stake in the latter, but I want the future to have good public schools because fucking DUH.

Annnnd the terms are up to 25 years on the larger one, so the city's moving to more debt servicing with the revenue? It's a death spiral because constant growth is what we need to move away from and it's the *only* thing that keeps a debt economy moving.
