I agree with the broad sentiment but think this list would benefit from either removing the banging of a porn star or replacing it with one of his several other SERIOUS offenses like Rape, or maybe directing murder and war crimes in the Venezuela? Who cares if adults CONSENT to relations?

Seems pretty clear the pardon process can’t survive this shit. It was a poor attempt to address the lack of justice regularly produced by our legal system, and is producing more harm than good at this point. Maybe better off just addressing the actual problems with the legal system?
