Back when they were first released people were sceptical but now seeing multiple factors verify themselves as not being possible to be result of guesswork, it's safe to assume the board leak was legit. Meaning it's likely a custom Tegra package.

Looking at the available FCC filings for the NX2 (sar tests and other not-so-interesting documents) it seems the console was "ready" by the end of 2023 to mid 2024 so the current SoC highly likely has known exploits or at least some documentation. We just need a nerd with disposable income.

I think NoA will have to bite the bullet and find a low tariff country, not because of US labor rights but because US kids are used to playing games on iPads and cannot manufacture such complex hardware like the Switch.
