So I finally started titration for my ADHD, I'm on day 3 of Medikinet XL 10 mg. Next week I up the dose to 20 mg. No side effects or any improvements noted yet, but I'm aware it will take time. I'll keep you posted on how it's going.

This is Bill, he's 21. This photo is a few years old but it shows what an absolute cuddle monster he was. Today is a sad day, as we have to say goodbye. We saw him being born and were there for his first breath, and we'll be with him when he takes his last. My old man, love you.
