Maybe, instead, he should talk with those who have turned the gate waiting areas by the jetway doors into actual bars. I don’t think it is the pajamas causing the behavior problems. 🧐

I think he is just going to pretend he is a more competent and sober Donald Jr. His new son.

And some of these errors don’t get caught before being signed off because the specificity provides an illusory truth effect. Patients on the other end of this slop end up with weird experiences with providers when they are operating with this misinfo. But at its worse, it can be dangerous.

Yeah, you have laid out the idealized use case that actual implementation is not exactly achieving. Look at the portal replies, notes, care plan, docs for authorizations. I have not found a single encounter that had ai integration including with ambient recording that didn’t have strange errors.

Indeed. Fought that along the way. (I have seen so many examples first hand and experienced plenty myself.) Jaw dropping examples.

Ugh. The “forgiveness sessions” were probably part of that guy’s pedo kink. Horrid.

Oh, more than that: that bullshit lacks academic rigor. He’d spout off that women don’t publish as much as men, showing he lacks the aptitude to exam that further and conveniently leave out that when they publish, their work gets cited more. Their pubs get more scrutinized at submission.

And getting sloppy with the fulfillment. Like, don’t send me damaged or foul food, etc etc and then say that kind of item is not returnable. Or send the wrong item and limit the return location options.

Ah, Summers, trashing women going back 20 years with lines like “[women don’t publish as much as men]” while conveniently leaving out that their publications are cited more than those of men, as if the field doesn’t benefit from both paces/bodies of work synergistically. Et cetera.

(Cont’d) the chapter on slavery and it had original boat design illustrations of how people could be stacked body to body. The image made me nauseous. (I went to the nurses office.) Timeline revised to hundreds of years. And then discussion inserted by a teacher when reading Huckleberry Finn.

That is the least of what I was not taught. Other than my mother wanting me to watch some episodes of Roots, which I thought occurred thousands of years ago, my next and only high school revelations later were, to my complete shock:

Trump is actually just communist-curious. He would just like the US to be one big company and he’d be in charge of all of it. Trump after nationalizing everything: Ta-da! you can own a piece of the means of production. Just come kiss the ring.

Except for one my son saw when he was assisting in a 9th grade remedial class in Philly, when with City Year. He had anxiety over the poor quality teaching he was supposed to assist. For kids behind. So he used the bulletin board pie chart as an example: It had 8 equal pie pieces. Each labeled 1/4.

But maybe as or more importantly: If (e.g.,) this is a style difference, on average (in between group differences vs within group differences) between men and women wherein men competitively churn out iterative discovery papers and women build a bigger case, might not a field benefit from both?

So, I decided to not ignore people like Summers. I’d regularly work with students and use Summers’ quote about women publishing less often, as a lesson on critical thinking.

“He’s right,” I said.

“But their publications are cited MORE.” 🧵

And then work with someone who was outside my reporting line and who loved to name drop Summers (he knew him since college) and also misrepresent to the biz ecosystem that I was somehow working for him and he took credit for what I did. Hilarious. This is really just a drop in the bucket. I’m tired.

Can I even make this thread? I don’t know. I am tired. Who am I? Just someone whose mother was a mathematician and aerospace programmer. Just someone who graduated (regular FT college) summa cum laude from an Ivy League WHILE RAISING A BABY+TODDLER and working in a lab. Just someone who read this: 🧵
