I've come around to the belief that Democrats lost the White House in 2021-2022 when inflation spiked. Yes inflation was less here than elsewhere. Yes it slowed to <3% in 2024. Voters didn't care. Prices didn't come down, so they were voting GOP. Only Trump's toxicity limited the size of their win.

Not sure there’s a win. They want to vote so they can say they tried. I doubt then Senate is going to pass anything and you can sure these reps aren’t working hard to get them to.

An abuser always tries to isolate their victim. Tourists can spread information the administration doesn't want us to have. Killing 3-5% of our GDP is a small price to pay to control what Americans see and hear.

Accepting a pardon comes with implicit admission of guilt. In any functioning legal system, their claims of damages would be laughed out of court and come with a bill for the proceedings. If only the rule of law still applied.

We no longer have rules, ethics, or laws when it comes to Trump and his cronies. They're open about it, because they know no one will ever do anything.

Keep in mind, they're not pissed off that Americans are losing coverage and that many of the constituents will die or go bankrupt as a result. They're pissed off about their reelection prospects. They're true profiles in public service.
