I grew up homeschooled, and that community was largely right-wing and religious. They loved those movies even at release, everyone I knew would see the midnight releases, it didn’t “become” popular with them.

Agreed. I feel like they’re generally pretty good about that stuff. It’s what they consider acceptable in terms of performance that bothers me. A game that runs at 20-25 FPS and/or is clearly upscaling from 360p should not qualify for a green check, and yet.
