Very true, I felt acknowledged when I was scrolling through Bluesky & read others who are experiencing the same. I have to really hold in my frustration back. Try to remember to channel my emotions into positive actions.

I'm just learning about the latest tragedy. It's just been death & tragedy. I might just start my drinks & see where it takes me.. I hope tomorrow is better.
