That is rough especially if there is nerve impingement, hope it isn’t that bad. Also hope the tests give a better picture and you can recover and get relief! I know carpal tunnel can be rough, I can dig up some books from my hospital if you want to see if there is anything new in those you can try!

Depends on the cause but generally some ginger, tea, and/or peppermint goes a ways. Bland food as well so stomach doesn't get upset.

Also stay hydrated, and make sure you get electrolytes!
