As someone who overworked himself and busted his wrist for nearly a year, I would recommend resting and try to not feel bad about being behind on things!! Better to take breaks to keep doing what you love then be on a bigger pause and having to restart 🙏 I hope you can find that chill time bud!

It does!! I worked in a warehouse for a while and had to switch to big ol boots to not feel like I was going to collapse every day haha

I don’t think my body was fully prepared for the amount of walking on concrete and hard surfaces, and despite buying what I thought would be good shoes—it wasn’t enough 😂

I miss being able to take a good public transport system but after walking a lot for 2 weeks I am ready to have my car back to rest them. US still needs to step up its metro game and get rid of our car-based society but my feet will thank me for now.

I tried the famichiki and it was pretty nice! Hopefully one day we can both be in Japan at the same time!!

Their parfaits were so good... the onigiri... also I bought two pairs of FamilyMart songs because they were so much better than the ones I brought???
