I've worked with Ukrainians for over a decade and what I learned is that they are a people with a rich and diverse culture they are proud of. Just like Americans.
I would welcome Ukrainians in my home, in my neighborhood and in my community.

Why would you need this unless you were dirty as fuck.
Sounds like something a Nazi would say before the loaded people into a gas chamber. Or, you know, blew up survivors of a strike on a boat with no due process.

What is the point. Its guidance not law. Aren't we making a mountain out of a mole hill? Those yellow off ramp signs recommend going 25, but you're not going to get a speeding ticket for going 30. Don't follow the guidance.
