Helion is the first private fusion energy startup to use deuterium-tritium fuel. Their 7th generation Polaris prototype set new fusion industry benchmark becoming the first privately developed fusion energy machine to demonstrate deuterium-tritium (D-T) fusion.

The work I am presenting at #SnT2025 builds on a unique database of high quality #tadioxenon stack emissions from PNNL‘s STAX project. Highlights of new findings are covered by one oral and two poster presentations including a solution to a big question that was open for 20 years.
