c'est pas le cabinet de conseil le probleme. c'est l'appel d'offre. l'ESN va pas chiffrer x3 en disant Z'etes nul, vous connaissez pas vos process internes, votre dette technique est colossale. Il va 'avaler' le risque en esperant se rattraper via avenants. Sauf que des fois, ca suffit pas..

sauf que la, ce qui est deficient ce n'est pas le conseil mais la réalisation. Et pas forcement la faute que de l'ESN (même je me demande comment celle mentionée ici gagne encore des grosses affaires en secteur public). Les commentaires sous l'article sont tres juste

Bof, en 81 on attendait les chars russes, et la fin du 2eme de Mitterrand a été très long aussi. sans parler de la cohabitation mitterand Chirac ou remonter a mai 68 N'idealisons pas les septenats. La vie politique française n'est pas un long fleuve tranquille
