New Mexico's economy is a fraction of the size of New York City's.

If they can enact universal childcare — and relieve working families of a crushing cost burden — surely we can too.

It's just a question of political will.

New Mexico will be the first state to make child care free

Ok so this is pretty easy to predict, but I feel like the enthusiasm for planting native plants for the sake of the bugs is meaningfully boosted in my neighbors hearts and minds when I text them pictures of the critters who have visited the plants (esp when those insects happen to be butterflies)
