Ukraine’s internationally recognized borders are Ukraine’s borders, not the line of control. End of story. The use of military force to change borders in Europe is totally unacceptable. No negotiations with an aggressor using military force, death and destruction as a negiation tool.
White House Down. Literally. Krasnov is demolishing the symbol of democracy in America right in front of your eyes, a little bit at a time, while his secdef is wearing a russian flag tie.
A small number of long range cruise missiles doesn’t make economic sense for most small European countries and their national defence forces, but a large number makes sense for a joint European defence and deterrence force.
Time for Europe to co-produce our own long range cruise missiles together with Ukraine. Euro-Tomahawks, if you will. (Mjölnir?) Let’s quickly help Ukraine with the electronics / avionics / navigation / production, and then buy some for a federal EU defence force.
From my part of Europe, we have learned the hard way to never trust russia. More true now than ever before. If some object brought to the table by Blaine Gibson points south, I’d look north.
Russia is a prime suspect in the MH370 case. Blaine Gibson has some curious links to russia and a russian individual. He must be considered a possible tool for a prime suspect in the case. As such, any evidence Blaine Gibson obtains must be treated with a certain amount of scepticism.
Provenance of evidence matters. With the flaperon and other debris found in Africa, this provenance is lacking. Months are missing in the chain of custody.
Russia routinely uses nuclear capable weapons against Ukraine, like Kinzhal, Kalibr, Iskander, Kh-101, Kh-22, Oreshnik, Tu-160, Tu-95, Tu-22. If they don’t want nuclear capable missiles and aviation to be used in this war, maybe they shouldn’t have used these kinds of weapons themselves?
Russia has also damaged the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant and the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine, both of which have also had their power supply interrupted. Very bad things can happen when nuclear power plants have their power supply cut.

You can’t apply for a Nobel prize on your own behalf, though. A member of the Royal Academy of Carpentry - or a professor in the relevant field from a select number of universities / carpentry schools - must propose you to the Nobel committee.
Italy should stop providing visas to ruzzian tourists. I mean, wtf, invite the enemy into Europe as tourists at this time pf war on our continent? Do you to think other European tourists want to share a hotel with the enemy - while our boys are securing the border towards the enemy up north?
The drone war is also a battle of economics. Important that anti-drone weapons are cheap and plentiful. We can’t use very costly patriot or sidewinder to shoot down inexpensive ruzzian drones. We need countermeasures which are both effective and cost-effective.
Some countries are experimenting with lasers, small fast interceptor drones or programmable air-burst munitions. Most of these are not ready for prime time yet.
The Danes didn’t have anti-drone radar at CPH initially, and they didn’t want to shoot down huge drones over airplanes fully loaded with passengers and fuel.
Norwegian PM: We are taking the drone incursions seriously. But it’s important not to lose focus on the most important issue of our times, helping Ukraine. www.dagsavisen.no/nyheter/stor...
Mostly I think the drones only strengthen our resolve to stand up against ruzzia and help Ukraine more. It’s a reminder that we need more equipment and experience to deal with drones, to be prepared for more ruzzian aggression / invasion.
