Baisically this notification update was because of this issue, see this: bsky.app/profile/esb....

Baisically replies for me can sometimes show as new posts for some reason. Eric said he’d take a look, hence the update.

So the issue is that someone replied to you and the notification appears under “New posts” instead of as a new reply notification? (Like the HEMA account in your screenshot)
