I would like to clarify I'm am disgustingly polite when I speak to anyone in customer service because I have been there unless they are incredibly rude to me but by that point I just walk away

So the SIM part of my contract just ended so I've switched to a considerably cheaper SIM plan and my god is Vodafone salty about it lol. At first if was please let us know if we can help then I got a call with someone trying to keep me with them and man was she bitter

I've never understood why people allow people close to them to do bad things because they're your friend/family or something. Like if someone close to me does something to hurt me or something I don't vibe with morale I actually feel hurt more than someone i don't know. People are strange
