I just re-watched Alice In Chains MTV unplugged for the first time in a very long time. Watching Laine Staley perform gave me shivers. The noticeable pain in his vocals, the harmonies with Jerry Cantrell… Laine still remains one of my favourite rock vocalists of all time. Nutshell was especially raw

Use Signal, I wouldn’t trust anything from Meta (Whatsapp, FBook Messenger). Use a VPN (Mozilla VPN) and stop using Chrome. Firefox in private browsing mode is the ticket or Firefox Focus on iOS.
Be on the lookout for a Coinbase scam coming from random 888 toll free numbers. They will tell you they’ve seen suspicious logins from foreign countries and that they need to confirm information with you, in which they are just harvesting data from your responses such as current balance etc.

You should always be protecting your identity. Strong pass phrases, multi factor authentication, using a password manager, difficult security questions are absolutely imperative to securing our personal data. Too many passwords to remember, the annoyance of the MFA process needs to be pushed aside.

This is tricky as we also are trying to avoid supporting Loblaws / Superstore cause Galen Weston is one of Canada’s evil rich guys that inflates grocery prices and has already been caught price fixing
