Use Signal, I wouldn’t trust anything from Meta (Whatsapp, FBook Messenger). Use a VPN (Mozilla VPN) and stop using Chrome. Firefox in private browsing mode is the ticket or Firefox Focus on iOS.

Be on the lookout for a Coinbase scam coming from random 888 toll free numbers. They will tell you they’ve seen suspicious logins from foreign countries and that they need to confirm information with you, in which they are just harvesting data from your responses such as current balance etc.
