Gifs don't support transparency, transparent pixels leave weird compression artifacts, so it's better to remove transparency first.
And aseprite does really weird stuff sometimes when you export long gifs, so I use other tools to make the gifs and resize them.

Short answer, I use the aseprite record extension to save snapshots of my drawings every X actions.
Longer answer, I then use ImageMagick to turn all transparent pixels to white, gifski to make a gif out of the image sequence, ezgif to resize it, then kdenlive to edit it into a video
