You can’t do everything at once but you can do everything or most of everything one by one. I am telling it myself over and over again so that I don’t distract myself here and there. And journaling is helping me a lot.

Then prioritize the most important thing that will make you able to get all the other things in your life and then start with that or start with even two projects. Focus on that stick with that dig dig dig until you get to the end of the tunnel.

First make a list a big list. Write down every single thing you want in your life doesn't matter how big or how small or how ridiculous. Write down what it takes to get that thing in your life and the process of getting it.
