just sat through a user research presentation comparing 2 participatory design tools. they came to grand conclusions and were praised for their study design. their study consisted of 5 people and only 2 of them used both tools. we are not a serious discipline. no wonder people find AI convincing.

I think the UX industry might be cooked, y'all. I have been quietly job hunting which means spending more time on Linked in. (ew.) I never go on that platform so I'm generally unaware of what colleagues and industry leaders are posting there. I'm horrified by what I'm seeing.
