I've been on a work assessment thing for a good while now and I had a meeting about it today, I was offered a full time position to sign on the 20th. I almost cried thinking about not having to chase temp jobs and gigs to survive anymore, I'm so ready for some stability in my life.

Life this year was, and still is, a living nightmare. Not expecting much stability for next year but who knows, I'll settle for being able to support myself and finding a work contract for longer than a handful of months.

I really didn't want to have to ask this, but I'm starting to run out of options. Moving in was more expensive than I thought and I'm not likely to get my own income until February/March, I can make this months rent but after that I'm not going to be able to.

We have finally pushed out an API change that will prevent anyone from uploading a new avatar if they are not using SDK3.9.0 or newer. Please update your SDK!

We are deprecating versions older than 3.9.0 on Dec 2 2025. Any SDK older than that will no longer be able to upload new avatars after that date.

During Halloween in October VRChat sold this bundle for little over 10 USD, so you needed to buy credits for 15 USD to get it. This was quickly reduced in price and people was refunded the difference after people complained, but it being a thing in the first place feels very predatory.
