for those who aren't aware yet, flypost.ie was set up for this very reason, offering a community events calendar so people can keep track of gigs, protests, events, etc. without having to rely on a meta platform to see what's happening around ireland

There's loads of Irish book shops out there who'll get stuff to you pretty much as fast as the other gaff - maybe they're run by heinous scumbags too but I'd doubt they make anywhere near as scummy an impact on the world
