I like how this is all the narration in "Caillou Joins the Circus" (which may as well just be called "Caillou Throws a Tantrum")...

Gumbo's only appearance in the 1960s. It was unusual hearing him voiced by Dallas McKennon rather than Art Clokey.

The original name for Nickelodeon Animation Studios, before they began to often just use vanity logos for shows' creators (Joe Murray Productions, Snee-Oosh Inc., Peter Hannan Productions, United Plankton Pictures, Billionfold Inc., etc.)

I can't believe Rocko and Virginia didn't think to abandon the car and get away from the tracks, which is what you're SUPPOSED to do when you're stopped on the tracks with no time for the oncoming train to stop. I featured that scene in this con panel...

So "Go Go Mystery Machine" is still happening! But did you know we could've gotten an anime-style Scooby-Doo movie back in 2004?

From before Filburt the witch's black shoes end up transforming into glass high-heel shoes.

I'm still surprised; with all the old-fashioned technologies and trends this show had, there wasn't a drive-in theater within 100 miles of O-Town! Even "The Simpsons" had a drive-in right in Springfield!

Unlike in real life when a building explodes, in Rocko land there's no fire burning or piles of debris scattered everywhere. Instead, everyone and everything inside is completely vaporized with only a few charred remains of the building... unless you're an alien like Filburt there!

At least Spunky didn't eat the Enchanted Upchucks the way he ate the Tropical Plumber fruits... maybe an early sign of Spunky having caught Rocko's flu?

Indeed. I can just see Twister from "Rocket Power" editing his "Twist Cam" footage on such a version of Premiere, likely with help from Sammy (the "Squid").

Crazy how "Tiny Toon Adventures" beat "The Simpsons" to the punch in parodying the THX sound promos! I loved combining them here:

I also remember this logo coming on after the "Abstract WB" closing sequence when that short would air on Cartoon Network, almost like a reminder that it IS a Warner Bros. cartoon.

This is easily Bill Lava's most sinister music track in those Rudy Larriva Road Runner cartoons. #SaturdayMorningCartoons

Oh no, no, NO! They're closing the Showcase Cinema De Lux in Randolph this month! A bunch of good times there! I even saw three good movies there last year:
