He was not named, but it was fairly known via word of mouth when it happened.

I've added the screenshot of that message for clarity for people here.

I do this all to provide context, and nothing more. I had no personal grief with Miro or the like, but this just felt like it needed to be said.

Recent Ban Discussion ,
Hey folks! A player has been recently banned. Over the past year and a half, we as staff have recognized some of our failings in giving too much leniency to players that have been hostile to the community at large, with the good will that situations could be reasoned out. We have absolutely no desire to put anyone through a repeat of these conflicts. In this particular case, the player in question was the source of dozens of tickets from numerous players. That player has gone public with their grievances, so we would like to address a few things:

We have no issue and will not get upset with anyone talking about the player or their ban in the server, but remember to keep things civil. Remember that we do not allow trash-talking or call-outs, and this should not be an opportunity to take advantage of their absence to say something harmful or unkind.,
As with past banned players, please do not take liberties with their characters' stories; they're allowed their agency for the fate of their characters.,
If you have questions about the player's ban or the allegations made, feel free to reach out to me or one of the admins. We're happy to explain the situation and have plenty of logs we'd be willing to share.,

Needless to say, this was a complex issue that culminated in our decision based on several years of events. We're not here to drag anyone's name through the mud - regardless of any actions they are currently taking themselves. Many members of our staff, both current and past members, have attempted to resolve this situation without a ban, and it has come to the point that we have no further options to expend with the health and safety of our community in mind. I wanted to clarify these things because I don't think it's right to make these associations incorrectly.

The other element I will mention is that it was public when Miro was banned due to community clash issues, according to the official update put out about this.
