In a game Ducks had every chance to win, Chicago comes out on top. Lukáš Dostál makes another spectacular save in OT, but can't hold onto the rebound. Gassed Ducks defenders can't stop the play.

Chicago finally breaks the deadlock, and yeah, that's the kind of goal that was going to go in. Far from crisp play at any point, and Nazar finishes a rebound through Gudas.

Ducks have given up the first goal in all 5 games this season. 1-0 Hawks.

Through two periods in Chicago, Leo Carlsson has played 14:56. Only Duck with more is Jackson LaCombe at 15:33.

Ducks also posted a 75.36% xGF with Carlsson on the ice in all situations through two periods. Big Leo Szn continues to build.

Lower event period, especially as the teams traded power plays/4-on-4s for the final six minutes. Ducks pushing hard on the analytic side of things, but just can't find a clean finish.

A goaltender's period, although Anaheim had a couple looks at half-empty nets and couldn't find the finish. Shots 16-10 ANA.

5v5 shows a slight edge Chicago (55.72% xGF). Add in power plays, and advantage points Ducks (67.6% xGF).

He's sitting there now, but keep a monitor on it. Took a maintenance day yesterday for a lower-body.
