I always have civilized conversations about games.

In fact, I'm probably one of the few people who would say that sometimes having "boring" parts of a game can actually add value to it in some ways, depending on the genre.

That's the other thing. Most either can't stand being proven wrong and double/triple down, or they don't actually know politics enough to know how absolutely terrible everything is going until it's too late.
