When I become creative, I cook TEISHOKU(定食=set meal, combo) like this: mini pork curry, potato salad, Fuushinsai(空芯菜=stir-fried spinach), veggie soup, rice, and beef🐮+shrimp🦐 with GYUKAKU(牛角) sauce🫗 My creativity can apply to almost anything😁

I started this KATA(型=format) of SHITAGAKI(下書き=draft)✍️ SUIKOU(推敲=revise, edit)🧐 NEKASE(寝かせ=on hold)😴 then TOUKOU(投稿=Tweeeeeettt)👇 from the very beginning. Yes, I stay this way for nearly 4yrs😤 Outcome? KANPEKINI(完璧に=perfectly) working🤣

A couple of times a year, I dive into American-style FUKENKOU(不健康=unhealthy) CHOSHOKU(朝食=breakfast)🍳 A pancake🥞 sausage patty🌭 scrambled egg🥚 and bacon🥓 CHOUKANTAN(超簡単=super easy) because I don't need to mix condiments😁 Just stir-fry those😋

One major change I noticed in recent FURYO(不良=delinquent, often called YANKEE)-related Japanese fiction, like TOURIBE(東京リベンジャーズ), KITSUEN(喫煙=smoking) scene is fully vanished compared to school days in the 90s🚬 へい、ちゃっぴー🤖🤣 A, ha. Make sense🚭

When I got extra ginger, I go SHOGAYAKI(生姜焼き=ginger pork)🐷 Basically, cabbage🥬onion🧅 and bell pepper🫑 For TARE(タレ=homemade sauce), shoyu, konbutsuyu, sake, mirin, tobanjan, sugar, dashi, and the most imporntant, SURIOROSHI(擦り卸し=grated) ginger🫚
