Finally baked Costco's Miso Marinated Black Cod. It's a bit on the sweet side and needs some soy sauce. Not bad.

I saw mooncakes being sold at Costco. The skin was soft, and the filling was red bean paste and sesame. They were made in Taiwan. Yummy.
コストコで月餅が売ってた。皮は柔らかく、中の餡は、こし餡と胡麻の味。台湾製。なかなか濃厚で美味しい。皮もうちょっと固くても良いかな。
