From a Japanese point of view, even when people have different values, opinions, or positions, trying to find a point of harmony tends to lead to more creative outcomes than shutting everything out.

I think minimal house and deep tech house can keep a dance floor locked in all night, as long as the track selection and the mix are built properly.

It’s still experimental, but getting more than ten hours of sleep a day might help me maintain the level of health I had before my depression.
