In case you aren't aware, affiliates on Twitch get video quality options for viewers if Twitch has server capacity. With fewer servers it means less capacity. It's very frustrating.

Goodness, I wasn't too concerned with getting partner on Twitch, but with the "wise" people in leadership there shutting down several servers, making it harder to attain video quality options for viewers..

Yeah, my desire for partner increased. Partners get quality options as a priority X_X .
