Going through a taper tantrum 😆

My brain: You're tapering, you should rest & recover.

My legs: What the hell is rest? I can't sit still😆 I need to run,run, run. I feel anxious & irritable.

Anyway, I did take a rest day yesterday & just got in an easy 5 mi. Lower miles tomorrow #marathontraining

Very pleased with today's 10 miler. Faster than some more recent ones. Maybe the key is to have a few drinks the night before 😆 j/k. I made sure I was extremely hydrated & got plenty of zzzz. Feeling great & couldn't have asked for better running weather 🏃‍♀️🌞 #running
