I know this is all moot now, but just to correct myself. I originally had the date of his suspension wrong, so it wasn't 9B, but it was 5.22B, with a $2.90 loss per share. Not long after that though, they lost almost another 2B IIRC

Also not buying the fluctuation excuse, this was right at the time
