So I participated in the Black Friday/Cyber Monday blackout this year, not out of some anti-corporate feelings or sense of comraderies but mostly because I don't have any money to spend after grocery shopping.

I went to the grocery store yesterday and like every visit this year I spent more money and left with fewer things. I do almost all of the grocery shopping and I have HUGE anxiety. I set a budget number before I walk in and calculate what I am spending on my phone.
