Law's eyebrows shoot up, his expression turning into one of genuine concern.
"Sanji-san!! Sanji!" He gets on his knees, sticking his face in the water. He can't see him-- and he feels instantly lethargic.
"Dammit, what the hell do I do... Maybe it let him breathe?" He sighs aloud.

He’s right- nothing has yet to happen.
Other than this feeling in Sanji’s gut, telling him to go deeper, further down into the water. It pulls him like a magnet, and he can’t help but follow.
