My new monitor stands required me to mount them with tack to secure so I just set em in vert again due to the difficulty of working with my hands at the moment and not wanting to redo it but was wondering how well they worked as is. not a fan of limiting myself to the instructions but did this time.

I had a hunch you had tried both... I just committed to the vertical orientation, initially due to ear position relative to their place on my desk(was still too low).

Last one... I just installed these usb powered lights meant for a car interior on the rear of the monitors and rackbrute case to give a little backlighting/ambiance and I'm stoked on it.

A eurorack modular synthesizer is centered with a mess of patch cables and a MIDI keyboard is below it with blue painter's tape indicating the notes. A black and white studio monitor speaker is on either side. Blue light is emanating from the rear of the synth/speakers causing the wall behind to glow.

Not much magic happening in this section since I broke my hand/tore the ac joint in my shoulder unfortunately.

A black Ludwig drumset, a black electric piano, and some Remo djembes sit in a home studio with a stereo and a CRT TV in the corner. The drumset is sitting on a red carpet on a faux wood floor.

Cool! I have a bunch from one here in CA I UE'd back in my day. Ill have to find them on my old harddrive.
I love the creepy feels in these places but old psych hospitals.... oooh. This one in MO that's long since been torn down was OLD like built in 1895 with amazing architecture. No 📸 tho.

I grew up in red ass Missouri and while racist/homophobic/xenophobic shitbags were plentiful, I never felt the need to be a part of that hate.

Curious... and knowing you're analytical nature, I'm sure you have... but have you done serious a/b on your monitor orientation? Ive read this HS series Yams don't respond well to side orientation like the famed NS series.

Clever.

There's been so much other bullshit since the bullshit ear thing that I actually forgot about it. Obviously he has too cuz he only said something about how his hair looked. This is the clearest image of his ear since, no way that thing was shot... I have worse scars from old papercuts.

Touchscreens require you to look to operate them. Buttons, knobs, and sliders, after a time do not.
