Yeah, most people use them to indicate that their taste is different than yours. Indie therefore rare and not big enough for everyone to know it. More niche to a degree.

Music, audiobooks, even a tv series/anime in the background helps me stay focused on something else. I also switch from counting reps to doing it by minutes (timer) instead because I keep loosing track of how many reps I’m doing.

A lot of folks use wetransfer to send final files to their AD. Just a heads up that they changed their terms of service to say that they own the right to any work you upload and can use it to "train" their machine learning and also to reproduce it indefinitely
