Dolmadiki, my mother’s recipe. Rice, onion, and tomato seasoned with parsley. I used to only make these for family holidays but they’re so good that now I make them just for myself a few times a year. I mean it only takes two hours to roll them. We’ll see how long I can make them last!

The enshittification continues. I can no longer do simple html coding on WordPress without upgrading to a Business plan. So I guess that's it on the poetry blog. Sadly, the world will not miss it. (Or back to blogspot which has its own issues)

My 13 year old Merrell winter slip ons finally gave up the ghost (sole cracked, and now water gets in) and they still make them and they had them in hot pink in my size and they were on half price sale. Off to play the lottery now.
