I am trying to get better at listening to my body. I hurt myself last fall and had to take 3 months off running so I am trying to avoid that happening again.

We did the Haunted Forest half marathon in Canal Fulton, Ohio this morning. Really happy with my time. Managed to get just under 2 hours. We had a great time and will be looking for another Halloween race for next year. 👻👻🎃🏃‍♂️. #running #runsky
