I know it's deeply related to the leadership, but neither we nor they are obligated to contribute. Ultimately, it's more of a personal development opportunity, not a great chance to practice *teamwork*.

From a VP's perspective, it's almost impossible to truly cultivate and select club successors from the younger generation simply in just one year.
Most participants either come only once or do their schoolwork instead of active contributing.
