Can confirm that it's a good set to, say, just as one possible scenario, work whilst the weather is the greyest and chronic pain's acting up a bit.

FWIW I've add good experiences with the Zen (light and minimalist) and Floorp (extensively tinkerable) forks of Firefox.
Waterfox is often mentioned, but I have no experience with it.
And there's Vivaldi if you still want/need a Chromium engine.
