Was watching some tournament Scrabble this morning and saw them go through a fairly intense “failure to agree on reality” score discrepancy. Interesting to see how it was handled vs. some pro Magic situations I’ve judged in the past.

A job applicant, after hearing how long I’ve been #WotCstaff (18.5 years!), asked me why. After the real answers (love the work, love the people), I half-joked “plus applying for a job seems really hard. You’re killing it. I would suck at this.” This is all to say I’m thankful for you all.
