The only people who can afford these prices are (mostly) those who wouldn't be caught dead at the ballpark in September if their team were 20 games back.
The rank-and-file who support these teams during the lean times are priced out during the glory days.

lol ... I am in Burlington, west of Toronto, which technically is 45 minutes away.
Traffic congestion and parking would beg to differ.
Perhaps I'll need to buy a bigger television :)

I promise you I'm not gloating.
I am a Buffalo Bills & Toronto Maple Leafs fan so I know heartbreak.
This is small consolation but it was a hell of a series that but for a pitch here or a pitch there, could have gone either way.

I woke up early this morning and was going to watch HANNAH ARENDT (you know, something light) before I started my day.
I forgot how absolutely unwatchable dubbed films are.
So I stopped watching ... which I almost never do.

The boy is off to school having performed every task that required executive function without having to be reminded and he left the house looking like the coolest kid evah!
Not a big deal for most families but a small triumph for ours.

I can't recommend it enough.
Also, WISE BLOOD is a nice late-period Huston that you might enjoy. I haven't seen it in years but I remember it left me off balance and I thought it was pretty inventive for a director in his 70's.
