I recall buying some #Microsoft bands at the #Microsoft store in #Bellevue while attending the #MVPSummit for fellow IT Pros in Europe when they first came out. As so many consumer hardware products from MSFT were abandoned. Modernized devices still exist and sell well, like #Huawei

Having worked with #TPLink #Omada => it delivers all that home networking needs at a great price point. If you need a more capable firewall, use #OPNsense or such. Combine it with FTTH without an ISP router, and it is the cheapest way to get great networking. I will serve SMB's needs as well.

My blog runs PHP 8.4.13/MySQL 9.4.0, which required some config changes due to the default-authentication-plugin=mysql_native_password no longer being supported. But all is well again. No more “Error establishing a database connection” #MVPBuzz #VeeamVanguard #Blogging #Community
