I have no idea, but that isn't great !
Showing well around 0910hrs near the small copse and again by the coastguard cottages at 1540hrs
Good luck on the Scillies, mate. This weather could drop you something in, but I expect it to be on the Northern Isles 🇺🇸
Just returned from a much needed break to the Shetland Isles (my 14th visit) with @scottmayson.bsky.social and @wallcreeper1.bsky.social

For me, my birding highlight of the trip was watching my 3rd Pallas's Grasshopper Warbler down to 20ft with 7 other birders whilst on Unst.
Whilst birding on Unst, news broke of an Eastern Bonelli's Warbler. The bird performed well to the small crowd present. #RareBirdsUK #UKBirding

Excellent, I was on there, too! It was something rough going out in the morning, but by mid afternoon, it had calmed down somewhat. The FEA'S in the wake for 90mims was pretty cool, which was then joined by a Wilson's Petrel
You were on that Pelagic Cliff ?!
Black Stork still present and showing well at Boyton Marshes 11082025. #UKBirding #SuffolkBirding
Indeed, showing nicely this morning
Zitting Cisticola (Fan-tailed Warbler) still present and showing well on Corporation Marshes, Walberswick. 09082025. #UKBirding #SuffolkBirding

Congratulations to William Brame @landguardbirder.bsky.social for realising this was a different white butterfly. Now confirmed by @chrisvanswaay.bsky.social as a Southern Small White - the first seen in England. As it is a female let's hope it has been laying eggs. @matthewberry.bsky.social
You're very much welcome!
Well done mate, glad you connected 👍
You can have it now as we've had our fill down here...
Well done bud 💪✅️
After giving me and others the run-around over the past few days, the Black Stork had finally settled down and was showing well at Boyton Marshes 28072025. #SuffolkBirding #UKBirding
