I feel like I don't really know how to come up with OCs, apart from just making obvious ripoffs of existing characters.... but at least that's a starting point.

I'd like to try working with OCs more.
Both to have some works that are totally "my own", and to not have to rely on people's knowledge of or my fondness for some preexisting cartoon all the time. I've certainly been enjoying others' OC art and stories lately.
