Jose is a friend and fellow advocate, but even if he wasn't I would still fight for his right to live independently in his community, work, and raise his family. Governor Hochul wants to pawn off a model designed by the Disabled community to a Single Out-of-State For-Profit.

I have said repeatedly that homecare growth must be looked at in context of usage in all model. Thank you Jessica.
When put in perspective of home care, #CDPAP growth is only 3.7%. This dramatically changes conversation on upending care for 250,000 older & disabled NYers.
