I wish the ridiculous feud between YouTube TV and Disney would end TV services practice of stuffing channels we don’t want down our throats. All of it should be à la carte – I don’t watch ESPN or the Disney Channel or a bunch other stations I am required to pay for because I subscribe to YouTube TV.

It's a double celebration for our Talisman! The Talisman is a finalist for the Multiplatform Pacemaker! This is the second time the Talisman has been a Multiplatform finalist, which the College Heights Herald won in 2023 and 2024.

Our Talisman is once again a finalist for the Feature Magazine Pacemaker! The Talisman has won 22 Pacemaker Awards from Associated Collegiate Press since its first in 1978. In 2022, the Talisman was ranked in The Pacemaker 100, the 100 most successful student media outlets in ACP history.

WKU‘s College Heights Herald is once again a finalist for the Newsmagazine Pacemaker from Associated Collegiate Press. The Herald has won 25 Pacemaker Awards since its first in 1981. In 2022, the Herald was named the sixth most successful student media outlet in ACP’s 100-year history.
